Each item is crafted from scratch in our workshop with the utmost care and attention to detail, making it a made-to-order product.
We apologize for the time it takes, but please understand that delivery will be made within 12-14 weeks after payment is confirmed (*).
(*) However, if there are confirmation items (size, engraving details, etc.), delivery will be made within 12 to 14 weeks from the date we receive your confirmation.
Other Anniversary Jewelry:
We will ship within (*) 5 business days from the date of order.
(*) However, if there are items to be confirmed by the customer, the order will be shipped within 5 business days from the date we receive your confirmation.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product. Please refer to the product page for the delivery date of each specific product.
●About Returns
Except in the case of defective products, we will not accept any withdrawal of an order, cancellation of an order, or return of an order due to customer's reasons. However, this policy does not apply to products that are not made-to-order, provided all of the following requirements are met:
-The customer must contact us within 8 days of receipt of the product.
-The product must not have been used.
-The product must not have been stained or scratched by the customer.
-All accessories, tags, boxes, etc., must be intact and returned.
●Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us via CONTACT within 8 days after the product arrives.
Please return the actual product to us, cash-on-delivery.
We will replace the product after it arrives at our company.
*We will bear all shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to defective products.
